1 Tsp Smoked Paprika-
½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper-
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper-

1 Cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese1.
Rinse the Lentils, and then add them and 2 1/2 cups of vegetable broth to pot. Cover with lid and bring to a boil on high heat.2.
Cook rice per directions on package, using 1 cup of vegetable broth instead of water.3.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.4.
Heat oil in pan, and in the meantime chop leek, pepper, mushrooms and zuchinni.5.
On medium heat, cook vegetables until they're soft (~7 min).6.
Spray baking dish with preferred oil. Once the rice, lentils and veggies are ready, combine them in baking dish.7.
Add spices, and mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup of cheese, and mix thoroughly.8.
Bake for 20 minutes, and then top with remaining cheese, bake for 5-10 more minutes.9.
