1 Tbsp Sugar-
1 Tsp Baking Powder-
¼ Tsp Salt-
½ Cup Chocolate Almond Milk-
½ Tbsp Olive Oil-
½ Tsp Vanilla-
½ Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar-
¼ Cup Blueberries1.
Spray pan with preferred oil, and warm up on medium heat.2.
Mix dry ingredients with a fork in small bowl.3.
In a separate small bowl, mix liquid ingredients.4.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with fork until little or no lumps remain.5.
Optional: if you prefer thin pancakes, add more milk.6.
Add blueberries to mixture, and mix until evenly spread throughout.7.
Spoon half of mixture into hot pan to make first pancake. Use the rest of mixture to make second pancake.8.
Cook for about 4-6 minutes, or until bottom is well cooked, and then flip.9.
Heat second side for 3-4 minutes, or until bottom is well cooked.10.
Remove from pan, let cool down for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
