Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2.
In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until evenly distributed.3.
Form 8 equal sized patties, place on plate and chill in freezer for 10-15 minutes.4.
Place patties on parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the inside of the patty has no pink.5.
