1 16oz Block Firm Tofu-
1 6oz can Black Olives-
1 Cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese1.
Take tofu out of package, and let the water drain away from it.2.
In a large bowl, stir flour and 2 teaspoons of salt with a fork.3.
Gradually add hot water, stirring until starts to form dough.4.
Bring dough together by kneading for 10 minutes.5.
Let dough prove in plastic wrap covered bowl for 1 hour.6.
Knead dough for 5 more minutes, then let sit for 30 more minutes.7.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.8.
Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.9.
Roll each dough piece into a ball, and then flatten and roll out to form an 8" circle.10.
Line pan with tin foil and spray with preferred oil. Place dough crusts on pan.11.
Evenly spread 2oz of tomato sauce on each crust.12.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp of pepper on each pizza.13.
Divide tofu block into four equal parts, and use your fingers to crumble each part on each pizza.14.
Slice olives into halves and top pizza with as much as you like.15.
Bake for 15 minutes.16.
Take pizzas out and top with 1/4 cup of cheese each. Bake for 10 more minutes.17.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!
