2 Medium Sweet Potato

¼ Cup Franks Hot Sauce

½ Medium Yellow Onion

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1.

Peal potatoes, and cut into large chunks.

2.

Boil potatoes in large pot, by bringing water and potatoes to a boil, then boil ~15min.

3.

Use food processor to puree cauliflower.

4.

Dice your onion.

5.

Once potatoes are boiled, mash them up and combine with cauliflower, onion, hot sauce, protein powder, eggs and salt.

6.

Break stem off of mushrooms and and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

7.

Drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.

8.

Divide mixture into 12 patties, and add to directly on to mushrooms.

9.

Bake for 30 minutes, then top each burger with more hot sauce. Bake for 10 more minutes.

10.

Assemble burgers by drizzling with tahini sauce and kale on burger, and then add mushroom as the top bun.
