Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.

In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In another medium bowl, use electric mixer to cream together 3/4 cups of sugar and butter.

Add egg and vanilla and continue to blend well.

5.

Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture, combining evenly using wooden spoon.

6.

Line pizza sheet with parchment paper, and spread dough evenly on it to cover entire sheet.

Bake 12-14 minutes, until just baked through.

In last medium bowl, using electric mixture whip together cream cheese, remaining sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla until light and fluffy.

9.

Give cookie time to completely cool.

10.

Spread cream cheese topping over cookie.

11.

Slice strawberries and kiwi into 1/8in thick slices.

12.

Starting in center, place a raspberry or round strawberry slice.

13.

Place fruit around center fruit piece starting with a circle of oranges.

14.

Continue circling, adding ring of strawberries, a second ring of oranages, kiwi, blackberries and blueberries and finally strawberries and raspberries.

15.

In small bowl, whisk preserves with about 1/4 cup of water, until a thin glaze.

16.

Using pastry brush, lightly coat fruit with perserve glaze.
