¼ Cup Soy Sauce

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions

1.

Prepare lentils according to package directions, using vegetable broth.

In small pot, heat olive oil on medium heat.

3.

Dice onion, and add it and minced garlic to pot. Cook until onion is translucent, but not brown.

Lower heat to medium low, and add soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 15 min.

5.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix coleslaw and dressing.

6.

Once lentils are ready, small pot contents to the lentils, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

7.

Assemble tacos by adding a layer of coleslaw to the taco shell, then adding lentils on top.
