Directions

1.

Dice pepper and onion, while heating olive oil in pot.

2.

Saute pepper, onion and garlic in pot for ~5 min (until onions are translucent).

3.

Add broth, cream cheese, spices, mushrooms and banana peppers.

4.

Cook for ~15 min, stirring occasionally, making sure cream cheese is completely melted.

5.

Add beans and corn, cook for 5 more minutes.

6.
