⅓ Cup Oil from jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes1.
Cook pasta according to dirctions on box.2.
Using food processor, make pesto by blending basil, sun-dried tomatoes, cashews, garlic and lemon juice.3.
Gradually add oil from sun dried tomato jar.4.
Slighly char corn, by cooking in frying pan.5.
Half your cherry tomatoes, dice your onion and pepper.6.
Combine all ingredients, and make sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.7.
Serve hot or cold, and enjoy!
